What are the SNIs?

Whispy's Decree:

SNI pages will be LINEART ONLY. They shall not be coloured, because my computer explodes if I try. Special pages, I.E. Pivital plot points shall still be coloured, but as a result, may be delayed slightly. This Decree shall be repealed in and only in the event of me getting a better machine.
